Built from the
ground up.
With over a decade of experience, Dustin Kaiser built Midpoint Surveying and Mapping to deliver top-tier land surveying and mapping solutions. Starting as a rodman and working his way up, his passion for precision and excellence ensures reliable results for clients across Texas.
There is no call center here. There is no junior crew doing senior work. Every survey Midpoint delivers is signed and sealed personally — and when you call, the person who answers is the same person who walks your property, runs the calculations, and stands behind the result if a title company or an opposing surveyor ever raises a question.

Home ground is Bryan / College Station and the counties that ring it. Larger commercial, subdivision, and pipeline projects are handled anywhere in the state.
Working outside these counties?
Midpoint is licensed statewide. Commercial ALTA surveys, subdivision platting, and pipeline route work are regularly performed across Texas. Call and describe the project — if it’s a fit, we’ll quote it.

Simple, and only a
few steps.
No mystery, no runaround. Four steps from first phone call to a signed, sealed survey in your hands.
Tell us the property, the area, and what you’re trying to accomplish. Even “I’m not sure which survey I need” is a fine place to start — that’s a conversation, not a sales call.
Within one business day you get a written scope and a fixed price. We pull the deed research and check existing records before quoting, so the number doesn’t move later.
Dustin walks the property, sets and recovers monuments, and collects field data. You get a heads-up before we’re on site and an update the day field work is done.
Drafted, reviewed, signed, and sealed. Delivered as PDF and, where the job calls for it, filed with the county — in exactly the format your title company, lender, or GC needs.

Discover what our
customers have to say.
“We were selling a property in Brenham, Texas and our buyer’s lender required a boundary survey. The title company told us closing would be delayed 2–4 weeks because every survey company they contacted was booked out. We reached out to Dustin at Midpoint and they completed the survey in a few days, allowing us to close on time. Awesome job — I would recommend Dustin and his team to anyone!”
“Good communication and on time. Very professional and courteous. And pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.”
“Midpoint delivered exactly what was quoted, on the timeline promised. Dustin answered the phone every time we called and explained the process in plain language. That kind of communication is rare in this business.”
What people ask
before they call.
No. Midpoint Surveying and Mapping offers complimentary estimates to all prospective clients. Call or send the request form and we’ll pull the deed research first, then come back with a fixed scope and price — usually within one business day. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before anyone sets foot on the property.
A boundary survey establishes legal property lines, preventing disputes and ensuring accurate land use. We use precise surveying techniques to provide clear, reliable property boundary reports. Without one, you’re building, fencing, or selling based on an assumption — and assumptions get expensive when a neighbor, a lender, or a title company disagrees.
Meticulous attention to detail, a dedication to quality, and a personalized approach. We prioritize client communication to seamlessly bring your vision to life. Practically: you talk to the licensed surveyor, not a scheduler. Dustin walks the property, runs the calculations, seals the plat, and stands behind it if anyone ever raises a question.
Standard residential boundary and form-board surveys typically turn around inside one to two weeks from authorization. ALTA/NSPS commercial surveys generally run two to four weeks depending on Table A items and how quickly the title commitment arrives. If you have a hard closing date, say so up front — we’ve turned surveys around in days when a closing was on the line.
ALTA/NSPS is the national commercial standard set jointly by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors — required by commercial lenders and title insurers on larger transactions, with optional “Table A” items you select. TSPS Category 1A is the Texas boundary standard used on most residential and rural closings in this state. If you’re unsure which your transaction requires, ask your title company — or ask us.
Absolutely. You can read reviews and testimonials from satisfied customers right here on this page and on our Google profile. If you’d like to speak with specific past clients directly, we can provide their contact information on request.
Midpoint is licensed to survey anywhere in Texas, and we regularly handle commercial ALTA surveys, subdivision platting, and pipeline route work statewide. What we won’t do is quote a small residential job four hours away and charge you for windshield time — if there’s a good local surveyor closer to you, we’ll tell you.
