Built from the
ground up.
A Texas land surveying firm headquartered in College Station, built on field experience, precision, and the kind of communication clients remember.

Field experience first.
Midpoint Surveying and Mapping was founded in 2023 by Dustin Kaiser, R.P.L.S., a Tarleton State University graduate who started his career as a rodman and worked up through every position on a survey crew before earning his license as a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor. That path shapes how the firm works today: the people drawing the plat understand what it takes to find the corner.
The firm is headquartered in College Station and serves Bryan / College Station, the counties around it, and larger projects anywhere in Texas. Our work spans residential and commercial title surveys, boundary surveys, platting and subdivisions, construction staking, builder surveys, and oil, gas, and pipeline support.
Midpoint is growing, and so is the team behind it. What does not change as we grow: every plat we deliver is signed and sealed by a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor, every estimate is free and in writing before field work starts, and every client can reach a surveyor who knows their project.
Licensed. Registered. Accountable.
A survey is only worth the license behind it. Here is exactly who stands behind every plat Midpoint delivers, and under what authority. Firm and individual registrations can be verified on the TBPELS website.
Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors registered firm.

What you can count on.
Research before quoting. We pull the deed and plat records before we price a job, so the number we give you is the number you pay and the field crew arrives knowing what to look for.
Sealed by a Texas R.P.L.S. Every survey, plat, and legal description carries the seal of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and is prepared to the standards your title company, lender, city, or county requires. Our firm registration can be verified with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Communication that keeps projects moving. You hear from us before field work, when field work is done, and when the deliverable is on its way. If a closing or a pour date is on the line, say so, and we schedule to it.
Local knowledge, statewide license. We know the clerks, the planning departments, and the terrain of the Brazos Valley, and we are licensed to work in all 254 Texas counties.
Simple, and only a
few steps.
No mystery, no runaround. Four steps from first phone call to a signed, sealed survey in your hands.
Tell us the property, the area, and what you’re trying to accomplish. Even “I’m not sure which survey I need” is a fine place to start — that’s a conversation, not a sales call.
Within one business day you get a written scope and a fixed price. We pull the deed research and check existing records before quoting, so the number doesn’t move later.
Dustin walks the property, sets and recovers monuments, and collects field data. You get a heads-up before we’re on site and an update the day field work is done.
Drafted, reviewed, signed, and sealed. Delivered as PDF and, where the job calls for it, filed with the county — in exactly the format your title company, lender, or GC needs.
