Oil/Gas & Pipeline Surveys

Route surveys, right-of-way and easement exhibits, well location plats, and as-built documentation for operators and midstream companies across Texas.

About this service.

Energy work moves fast and crosses many ownerships. We provide the survey support operators, midstream companies, and right-of-way agents need to plan, acquire, build, and document pipelines and well sites: route reconnaissance and centerline surveys, ownership and tract mapping, easement and right-of-way exhibits with legal descriptions, construction staking, and as-built or as-laid surveys when the line is in the ground.

Well site work includes location staking, well location plats prepared for Texas Railroad Commission permitting, and pad and access road layout. Because the firm is licensed statewide, we handle projects anywhere in Texas, not just in our home counties.

Deliverables are produced in the formats land and engineering teams work in, with consistent control from one end of a project to the other.
