• Chat messages. Questions you type into the “Ask Midpoint AI” assistant are sent to an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate a reply. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and perform surveying services you request.
• To communicate with you about your project by phone, email, or, with your consent, text message.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Midpoint about your inquiry or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, website hosting, email delivery, and the AI assistant provider), with professionals involved in your project at your direction (such as your title company, lender, or attorney), and when required by law.
