Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your use of midpointsurveying.com (the “Site”), operated by Midpoint Surveying and Mapping, PLLC (“Midpoint,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.
Informational content
The Site describes land surveying services and provides general information about survey types, standards, and processes in Texas. That information is general in nature, is not a survey, legal description, or professional opinion about any specific property, and should not be relied on as such. Only a signed and sealed deliverable prepared under a written engagement is a professional work product of the firm.
Estimates and engagements
Submitting a quote request does not create an engagement. Estimates are provided in writing after we review the property records, and services are performed under the scope, price, and terms stated in that written estimate or a separate services agreement. Timelines mentioned on the Site are typical ranges, not guarantees.
AI assistant
The “Ask Midpoint AI” chat provides automated, general answers and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It cannot quote prices or commit the firm to any work. For anything that matters to your project, call us or use the quote form.
Professional licensing
Midpoint Surveying and Mapping, PLLC is registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (TBPELS) as Firm No. 10194823. The Board regulates the practice of land surveying in Texas; information about the Board, licensing, and the complaint process is available at pels.texas.gov.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, and photographs on the Site are owned by Midpoint or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Stock photographs are credited where shown.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites such as Google Maps, review platforms, and TBPELS. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midpoint is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits the firm’s responsibilities under a written services agreement or under Texas law governing professional land surveyors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute concerning the Site is Brazos County, Texas.
